Welding Goggles

Product Description

Our EN 175 and EN 169-certified Welding Goggles feature a borosilicate glass or polycarbonate filter lens in fixed shade ratings from DIN 3 to DIN 8 — blocking a minimum of 99.9% of UV and IR radiation across wavelengths 200–2000 nm — purpose-engineered for gas welding, brazing, torch cutting, and low-amperage operations across industrial, construction, oil & gas, and facilities management applications throughout the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and Africa. Fully compliant with EN 175, EN 169, EN 166, and applicable regional authority requirements.

Key Features:

  • EN 169 Fixed Shade Filter Lens — Borosilicate glass or PC filter available in DIN 3–8 shade ratings, selected to match specific gas welding amperage and process requirements
  • 99.9% UV/IR Radiation Filtration — Certified optical filter blocks ultraviolet (200–380 nm) and infrared (780–2000 nm) radiation to prevent arc eye and retinal burn
  • Flip-Front Lift Lens Mechanism — Hinged flip-up outer shade lens enables rapid weld inspection without goggle removal, reducing downtime between passes
  • Indirect Ventilation Channels — One-way indirect vents promote airflow and minimise internal fogging while preventing spark and debris ingress into the goggle cavity
  • Soft PVC Full-Seal Frame — Flexible, chemical-resistant PVC face gasket delivers a liquid-tight seal and all-day wearer comfort across diverse facial profiles
  • Impact-Resistant Clear Inner PC Lens — Secondary polycarbonate clear lens provides additional mechanical protection against flying particles and weld spatter
  • Adjustable Elastic Headband — Wide elastic strap with length adjuster for secure, pressure-free fit across extended operational shifts
